LONDON FASHION WEEK AW 2019
London is all about classy form fitting clothes with obviously loads of structure. Also a great place to let go and really experiment in fashion. My most of the fashion week looks in London were about pant suits that I layered differently with every single look. My biggest fashion motive was to look confident in my skin and wearing pants suits just added to that layer. Since it was my first time here, I made sure I was comfortable in what I was wearing.
LOOK 1 LONDON FASHION WEEK WITH FASHION SCOUT
CLOTHES: BOO PAALA | SHOES AND ACCESSORIES: CARLTON LONDON
My first look was from London based designer Boopala paired with Carlton London shoes and accessories. A pant suit made out of woolen fabric or rather woolen pyjama set layered with Boopala leather trench coat with grunge shades gave an urban look to the attire. To add in a little elegance to the look, a golden belt, nude pumps and sling bag swayed the outfit to a classic edge.
LOOK 2: LONDON FASHION WEEK WITH MERCEDEZ BENZ OFFICIAL
CLOTHES: FASHION NOVA | SWEATER: PRIMARK | SHOES AND ACCESSORIES : CARLTON LONDON
Mark my words, I was the only one wearing red in the classic flock of black suits cheering to wine in the official evening by Mercedes Fashion. It wasn’t bad, infact quite intimidating, my outfit was a conversation starter. Idea was to look like a European, without wearing a dress. So I wore my flair pants, buttoned skirt over it in the same tone and ended up tucking in the red Croatia sweater from Primark. Parisian cap, Indian earrings, white gloves and black boots from Carlton London India, pants from US, cap from Paris, Sweater from UK and earnings from Delhi. This is what global fashion looks like.

In the city of Luxury, it was good to look wholesome whole, this look with slit sleeve blazer paired with long georgette skirt and boots added an innate sense of bohemian tricked to fit in urban atmosphere with a blazer that cuts off at just below the knee. Carrying a Prada bag in earthy hues was my way to complement the look.
LOOK 9: MILAN FASHION WEEK WITH PLANET FASHION TV
Bag: prada | Accessories: Gucci | Skirt and top: zara arabia | Polo top: Marks & Spencer
Print on print has lot of risks to it. But it’s like living on the wildest terrain of fashion. Luckily I found my magic within my tiny abode of suitcase. Zebra printed skirt in sand dunes hue coupled with Gucci inspired top after lot of tossing around even finding a polo neck top in the desert hue was gorgeousness right in my plate. And thank god I had the knee length boots because nothing else looked this better.
LOOK 10 – PARIS FASHION WEEK WITH OXFORD FASHION STUDIO
CLOTHES: ZARA | SHOES AND ACCESSORIES: ZARA
Someone came up to me and literally told me,” you have got guts to wear a look like that in Paris Metro. It is so catchy. Kudos man. I told him, I am just having fun man, it’s fashion week. This look indeed lasted impression on everyone who saw me. But I wasn’t afraid. I had already ticked off three fashion weeks by now and my vibe was screaming high.
This being my third neon look in the entire fashion week. I took this trend to Paris too, or can I say picked up what was most banging around the world. I remember that morning Paris saw rains, so I knew I had to make rain coat a part of my look, so picking up a transparent one to add a funky layer of plastic looked so cool. My idea was to add in a dress that was not about neon, so black and white polka dot slip dress fit me like magic. Neon crop jacket, chunky strapped sandal made sure my neon was in the right proportions. Having two pony hairstyle was me dreaming what if I was from Japan?
LOOK 11: PARIS FASHION WEEK WITH FASHION WEEK STUDIO OFFICIAL
CLOTHES: STRADIVARIUS, MONOPRIX, ZARA
I am talking about my post powerful look here, and indeed most effortless. My favourite from the season. . Black on black can never go wrong. In fact it’s quite a statement. However I played with different textures here. Ensuring the fit of pants suit and top were not compromised. Black sock boots added an innate length to the entire look whereas the black warm trench coat ensured the entire look had a dominating structure, dominance and power.
LOOK 12 :PARIS FASHION WEEK AT MONA BISMARK CENTRE
Bag: CarltonLondon | Accessories: Gucci | Checkered coat: Burberry | Teddy coat: Zara | Shoes: Zara
Three cheers for this look. Because it’s easy going and ultimately classic. Profoundly swearing by a blazer and pants that fits perfectly, after all I was heading to Paris showrooms to conduct my fashion meetings. Teddy coat was guided to add in drama when the time is right.
LOOK 14 : PARIS FASHION WEEK WITH FASHION WEEK STUDIO OFFICIAL
Coat: H&M | Accessories: Gucci | PANTS AND TOP: Zara
One of the looks, I can always look back with a glistening smile. Again very classic. Cuthoulettes pants paired criss cross crop top ensured the look is not dull. Almond trench added to the magic of what luxury fashion is supposed to look like. A hat ensured Paris Fashion Week was done right and Place Vendome had my presence felt.
LOOK 15 : PARIS FASHION WEEK WITH FLYING SOLO
A collaboration with New Yorkers here, what fun wearing this gorgeous set in an overwhelming color palette. Cape sleeves call for femininity and never ending confidence.
Ideas common in major Fashion Weeks (As seen on other’s street style)
Gravitate always towards layers, prints, bold colors and declaration items. They do the work and can assist you in a crowd of designers.
From Milan Fashion Week
The best-dressed showgoers distilled some of our favourite spring 2019 trends at Milan Fashion Week, such as fleece and over – the-top hair accessories, into more affordable dresses. Would you like to test the monochromatic look? There are some excellent examples that should be copied. Still uncertain about the bike shorts? Outside the displays in Milan, some more instances were produced in their favor.
From Paris Fashion Week
Paris Fashion Week was hot in a remarkable turn of events this season. Textures have achieved an all-time high, prints extending far above predictable florals, and color combos are abundant. Perhaps these double-takes, repeat-scroll-worthy looks are inspired by the baguettes and cheese in Paris. The design seen here is so brilliant evenly; making these looks your own will be simple.
From New York Fashion Week
The primary message from the street style of New York Fashion Week was that having fun with your clothes pays off and not taking yourself too seriously. The resurgence of the 1980s persisted on both the runways and on the streets. In combination with a silky slip skirt, bike shorts, or cropped flares, oversized shoulder pads and sleeves look a little more contemporary. That takes us to the moment’s largest pants: motorcycle shorts.
If you are invited to fashion week, seize the opportunity with breakthrough styling. It’s your time to go all out there. Infact fashion week street style is a great platform to go as loud as it can. I was however quite comfortable in my skin this time, soaking in as much inspiration. However I thoroughly enjoyed creating my fashion week looks this season, I plan to go even more outrageous and higher on fashion coming fashion weeks.
